Was it weird for my girlfriend to name her dog after me when she knew I was breaking up with her?

I had a boyfriend and also a girlfriend, her name is Vienna. Well Vienna did not like my boyfriend and she told me I had to choose so I did and chose him but she did not like that at all. Last Tuesday I got a call from Vienna and she said she was trying to kill herself and wanted me to come over fast so I did. I felt bad and the next day I bought her a puppy and brought it to her. After that she has left me over 300 text messages and 100 voicemails but I don't want to talk to her right now I just need some space. The weirdest thing is she told me that she named her puppy Ava.
