What do I wear in Eastern Europe in June?

I'm planning a trip to Berlin, Prague, Vienna, and Venice this summer. I'm going in late June, and I don't know what the climate is like! Temperature information helps a little, but I need more specifics. I wear a lot of skirts, dresses, and tank tops, and I'm hoping I can wear those and bring a little sweater and be fine. Any suggestions?
