Should I get back together with my girlfriend or let it go?

I had a boyfriend and also a girlfriend, her name is Vienna. Well Vienna did not like my boyfriend and she told me I had to choose so I did and chose him but she did not like that at all. Last Tuesday I got a call from Vienna and she said she was trying to kill herself and wanted me to come over fast so I did. I felt bad and the next day I bought her a puppy and brought it to her. After that she has left me over 300 text messages and 100 voicemails but I don't want to talk to her right now I just need some space. Some of her texts were to tell me that she named her new puppy after me. She really wants to get back together and I didn't want to break up with her but I am tired of her jealousy and drama.
