My ex-girlfriend brought me a teapot that looks like Hitler, what do I say to her?

We had a messy breakup a few days ago and she's been trying to get me back but I don't want her drama. I found on my doorstep today a box that says "for Ava from Vienna, I love you always." I opened it and there was this freakyass teapot that looks just like Hitler. I looked up the artist online and apparently she really spend a ton of money on this monstrosity. Should I give it back to her? Thank her? Sell it? What do I do?
