Airsoft utg shadow ops mk96 sniper rifle?

I bought the black version of this, and i have a leapers 4 by thirty something, but this thing shoots really inconsistently. I tried zeroing in the scope and it curves in a different way every time. I am using TSD tactical competition grade .28s. i tried adjusting the hop up but nothing seems to happen. please help.
