Would i be able to see all this in 22 days?

I was going to say it was possible, but that you wouldn't enjoy it; then i looked at the itinerary again, and no, you can't do this without flying. 22 days is not near enough time for this itinerary. That's 14 countries, all over the Continent. If you only have 22 days. I'd pick the one or two countries you'd most like to see, and focus on those. you won't get to see as much, but you'll enjoy it much more, and you won't have to spend every night sleeping on a train or ferry, which can get to be downright miserable.
