Is this girl a hypocrite?

so my friend that i had a crush on was flirting to my best friend wayne and was teasing him by saying that she was going to show him her boobs. Then i signaled to wayne and rubbed my hand on a book to signal she was flat. Now she's all angry of what i did and she wont talk to me. But a couple of days ago she was talking to my other friend said that my dick is the size of a vienna sausage (super small hot dogs like the one for appetizers) and i didn't say a word and ignored her. She always hates it when people do something to her but when she does it to them she acts all innocent. She did a whole bunch of heinous things to me like finding my journal and reading it to the whole class, punching me and kicking me and i never got her in trouble. So is this girl a hypocrite or something else cuz she is annoying me but ignoring me. BTW this happened today
