What should I do about my mothers kindle? (it's broken at a doctors office)?

Okay so at the doctors office my mother laid her kindle down on the table, and the nurse that works there went to hang a light scope on the hanger well she didn't hang it right and it immediately fell and messed up my mothers screen on her kindle. The doctor said that he wasn't liable for it yet, he don't have any Signs up saying he is not liable for damaged property. Help please?

Why is it when movies are done off comic books and novels they never follow by the book?

I've been trying to find the right "match" for my neutered male 2 yr old mini rex. I have a friend who breeds and is registered with the ARBA so she's been letting me bring my boy to her house to meet some potential matches. Well, he's shown some interest in this Vienna marked doe over the past few weeks, so I took her home today to see how they'd do on his turf. She's been snuggling up to him (which I know is a good sign) and he keeps shoving his head underneath her head... Is that a good sign? she just licks him when he does but it seems rather pushy of him. Other than that they seem to be getting along... She's even playing with his toys and he doesn't care.

Okay I've been a super nerd most of my life and got no attention from girls. I have also done really well in school and have been out of shape. So recently I started doing P90X and have come a long way. I'm getting in shape, building muscle and girls are calling me attractive and making out with me. But I'm so freaking tired. I never want to study, my grades are still good but I keep making stupid mistakes in the lab and on random questions my professor asks me. So is it just me. I don't know. How come all the smart people I know are out of shape and all the meat heads are failing tests and quizes. There's always the stereotypical jock who never finishes college. How can I be both. Can someone give me an example of someone who was a famous athlete and an academic. Not someone who was both but famous for one but someone who was famous for both. And don't say Ozymandias from Watchmen.

I broke up with my girlfriend Vienna a few days ago and she has left me over 300 text messages and 100 voice mails. She told me a week ago that I had to choose between her and my boyfriend because she was jealous and I said I had to think about it.
